Lingering Economic Malaise Means Expansion for PRA
Portfolio Recovery Associates (PRA) thrives in the still struggling economy. Its spokesman announced recently that the debt collector will expand its Birmingham, Alabama call center by mid-2013. With arms opens, the city agreed to provide the debt collector with $200,000 annually over 4 years to help it rent more space.
